Taub's Rubber-Sep is a latex liquid that creates a peel-able film. The material is a die spacer, release agent and separator for acrylic crown and bridges and composite resin restorations.
The separator makes removal easy once applied to the prep and the inside of the provisional for cement space. It also acts as a thermal barrier from the heat generated when resin materials cure. The product dries in minutes, peels off clean and does not discolour acrylic.
The product is also proven to be very effective for providing extra volume on the labial surface of the model for bleaching gel in trays; as a separating agent between metal abutments and stone plaster; protects tweezers from acid rust and ensures other die spacers are peel-able.
