Sirio's SR 922R Sandblaster is very easy to use and performs extremely well. The unit includes 2 tanks with recycling possibility, an external suction intake, air pressure regulator, 12V internal light and an aspirator external joint. The unit also includes two rubber gloves and a protective sheet for the glass door.
The unit projects the sandblasting material placed in the tank and allows for a fully customisable finish and texture depending on the speed and grain size. There is also the possibility of combining finishes by applying reservations to the pieces.
The sandblasting materials can include glass or plastic micro-spheres to clean and compress metal surfaces and, aluminium oxide or mordant to scrape metal surfaces in preparation for ceramic or resin coatings or ceramic coatings for the adhesion of subsequent layers.
